Coaching & Mentoring for Teen Girls

Helping teen girls build confidence, self trust, and a sense of who they really are.

If you’re a parent of a teenage girl, you probably see how much pressure she’s carrying.

Whether it’s trying to fit in, keep up, be liked, or just make sense of who she is in a world that moves fast and doesn’t always feel kind, it can be a lot.

If you’re a teen reading this, maybe you’re tired of being “the strong one” all the time. Maybe you feel like no one really gets what it’s like to be you right now. You’re not alone.

This space is for girls who want to feel more confident in their skin, speak up for what they need, and learn how to trust themselves without the pressure to be perfect.

Private Coaching for Teen Girls

with Shannon Blackler, certified & credentialed Life Coach & Mentor

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just come as you are and we’ll work through it together.

Coaching is a supportive, judgment-free space to talk through the real stuff. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you uncover what’s already there: your voice, your strength, your worth.

Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface, build tools for handling self-doubt or stress, and create space for you to show up just as you are.

A note for parents:

This coaching space is designed for your daughter, and I treat it with care and intention.

While I partner with you to support her journey, what we talk about in session stays between us, unless there’s a safety concern. That confidentiality helps build trust and allows her to open up in ways that are hard to do elsewhere.

If you’re looking for someone to walk alongside your daughter as she navigates confidence, identity, and self-worth, I’d be honored to support her.

What we work on together

Every teen is different, but here are some of the common things we explore in coaching:

- Confidence and comparison

- Navigating friendships or feeling like she doesn't fit in

- Worry, overwhelm, and pressure to do it all.

- Perfectionism and People Pleasing

- Speaking Up for herself and others

- Setting boundaries (in a healthy way)

At the end of our work, she may

- Feel more confident in who she is and how she shows up.

- Trust herself to make decisions that align with her own values.

- Know how to manage stress, worry, and overwhelm in healthy ways.

- Speak up for herself and set boundaries without guilt

- Navigate friendships and relationships with more ease.

- Build emotional resilience and a strong sense of self worth.

"You are her trusted mentor"

I don’t have enough words to define the impact you are having on my daughter's life. On my life.

What I can say is that she is very much embodying some newly discovered inner strength in the past couple of months and I’m seeing such ownership of herself as a person, owning up and attempting to break free of her shame and embarrassment of overwhelm that led to being on edge never knowing when it was going to crash around her.

She’s 16 and learning her way. You are able to be her trusted mentor, whom she openly heard advice from.

I can’t express the value you bring to her, to me and to our family’s ability to stay in loving family dynamics and truly enjoying her teenager years.

What Makes Me Special

Personal Experience

I have a unique understanding of the specific challenges and pressures faced by teen girls. After overcoming a lifetime of my own perfectionism, I am able to relate deeply to her struggles. This makes my guidance both relevant and empathetic.

Empathy & Connection

I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where your teen feels genuinely safe, seen, and validated. I never judge or make her feel guilty for the situation she is in. I only want to help her make it better, to feel better with a healthier approach to school, friends, and life choices.

Custom Strategies

Recognizing that each teen is unique, I offer customized tools and strategies rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. By collaborating closely with each girl, we develop actionable plans that align with her specific needs, goals, personality, and situation.

"Motivating and Supportive"

My teenage daughter had the incredible opportunity to attend coaching/mentoring sessions with Shannon, and the experience was truly transformative!

Shannon’s guidance not only boosted my daughter's confidence but also helped her develop essential skills in time management and self-assurance. Her ability to create a motivating and supportive environment made a profound impact, leading to noticeable improvements in productivity, focus, and overall growth.

I highly recommend Shannon’s coaching to anyone seeking to build confidence, enhance efficiency, and unlock their full potential!

"It's made a big difference"

Before working with Shannon, I was afraid to ask for help or open up.

With her support, I learned how to be vulnerable, and that made it easier to ask for help from my teachers and parents.

It’s made a big difference, both at school and at home.
